All applicable regulatory, legal, environmental, operational, and compliance requirements and directives should be documented. This is so that appropriate communications, notifications, reporting and announcements are prepared at the outsets, and that the different regulators are informed through the organisation’s appointed office and/or designated individuals. This should also include both provincial, governmental and compliance-based disclosures, directives and regulations.
