RC.RM-2 Recovery KPIs
Description
Set recovery KPIs, these may include but not limited to performance baseline, service availability thresholds/metrics, number of current users, average utilisation, service volumetric, network bandwidths, storage and data sizes. Similar to RC.RM-1, recovery KPIs are fundamental to ascertaining whether restoration and recovery efforts were successful or not.
