Conduct a post-recovery debriefing to ascertain the efficacy of key milestones developed during the planning stages, metrics, KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, RTO, stakeholder communication effectiveness, recovery control and capability efficiencies and relevance of recovery planning and playbook (plus recovery runbooks) etc.
