RC.RP-6 Recovery Contingency Measures
Description
Contingency measures, e.g. alternate routes, alternate sites, ‘backdoors’, backups, offsite backups, hot-standby storages, ‘secret communications paths’, backup ISP wide area network, and including pre-production environments must be thought-through, documented and tested (exercise). This is so that in the event of a recovery activity continent measures can be leveraged for business continuity and survivability.
